Return Policy

100% Satisfaction

We want you to be 100% completely satisfied with your purchase at Common Good Market.com! If for any reason you’re not satisfied within 90 calendar days of the original order date, please contact us for information on the best way to send the item back to us and we will be more than happy to issue you a refund. Items sent back to us must meet the following criteria to be considered for refund:

  1. Items must be in new and unused condition. Items must not show signs of wear and tear.
  2. Items must have original tags still attached and include all instructions, if any.
  3. Items must be returned within 90 days of the original order date.

Please also keep these policies in mind.

  1. Used items will not be accepted.
  2. Refunds after 90 calendar days of the original order will not be accepted.

If you find that your item is damaged upon receiving the order, please let us know and we will send you a replacement of the same item at no extra charge.

Exchange/Refund Process

  1. Send us an e-mail requesting a refund to rconrad@commongoodmarket.com. Please include your order # and the item you would like to return.
  2. We will e-mail you back instructions for returning your item.
  3. Send your return back to us at:

  4. We strongly suggest that you ship your return package insured, preferably UPS Ground or USPS Priority insured. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
  5. Once we receive the package, we will inspect the item to make sure it’s not used and the original packaging is included. Please note that refunds are contingent upon inspection of item. If we deem the item to not be new, we reserve the right to reject the return, and the original item will be returned to the customer.
  6. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the item. The original credit card used will be credited for the original order + tax if any, and the shipping cost. The credit typically takes 3-5 business days to post on your credit card statement.
