Flat Rate

We are pleased to offer Flat Rate shipping on all of our items except those marked as "special shipping charges apply." All items on an order ride for one low rate of $6.95. All packages are shipped either USPS or UPS Ground depending on shipping destination and weight. This offer is only valid for shipments within the continental U.S. 48 States. This offer is not valid for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses. All furniture and other larger items which we are not able to ship by UPS or USPS will have a different rate charged. Please contact us for the best options.

Other Shipping Options

For expedited shipping to all 50 states, we offer UPS Next Day Air or USPS Next Day at customers expense. Rates will vary depending on shipping destination and weight. Shipping these two methods are not available to US Territories and Military addresses.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Military Addresses

All non-expedited shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Military Addresses will be delivered USPS Priority Mail. Rates will vary depending on destination and weight.

Delivery Times

Weekday orders placed before 4 P.M. will ship from our warehouse the following day. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will ship on the next business day. If you place an order with us and an item is currently on backorder we will contact you within 24hrs to let you know what item is backorder and the tentative date of arrival for that item. Since these items are being made by hand, sometimes the item could be 4-6 weeks out, but every effort will be made to get the item sooner.

The following are estimated delivery times for various delivery methods that we utilize:

UPS Ground- Typically takes 3-5 business days depending on destination.

USPS Priority- Typically 2 to 3 days most locations in the U.S.

UPS Next Day- Next business day delivery by 10:30 A.M. to most U.S. address or by 4:30 P.M. in remote areas.

Recycled Shipping Material

We are dedicated to helping the environment! We believe that preserving the environment is integral to preserving our children’s future. That is why we use recycled content in our shipping material. Your order is shipped in a box that uses recycled material in its construction. We also re-use bubble wrap and peanuts whenever possible and we use newspaper stuffing to protect your items from damage that may occur during shipping. We are doing everything we can to protect the environment.
